  1. Position requires, cleaning, mopping, sweeping, heavy lifting, operating machinery
  2. Flexible days and hours
  3. Setup and break down function space with tables, chairs, bars, etc.
  4. Maintain the cleanliness of all event space
  5. Maintain all equipment in good working condition

BARBACKS

  1. Significant lifting and transport of all bar supplies
  2. Maintain cleanliness of bar locations and liquor room
  3. Set up and breakdown bars with non-alcoholic beverages and supplies
  4. Transport products to and from the bars during an event
  5. Clean and organize supply closets, bar tools and liquor room area

  1. Cash-handling experience
  2. High volume experience with related education and training

  3. Conduct opening and closing beverage inventory
  4. Hold pre-shift meetings
  5. Train all staff according to NYS Liquors Laws and NYC Board of Health requirements
  6. Team player, morale builder
  7. Good communication skills
  8. Supervise, direct and control all beverage employees
